Then, this is a series for you! Yoga offers you many science-backed practices that can support long-term physical and emotional resilience and vitality, helping you to feel strong, supported, and empowered in your body-mind.
In four consecutive Monday sessions (June 8, 15, 22 & 29) we’ll move gradually through progressive and multi-faceted practices aimed at building power, connection, and resistance from the inside out, so that you can more easily return to a sense of centered presence- despite whatever is going on around you.
We will meet on Zoom from 9:00 to 10:30 am (CST). You will also get access until the 5th of July to the session´s recordings. The fees for all 4 sessions are 48.50 USD (credit card usage fees might apply). Additionally, you will get complementary access to ALMA DURAN´S VIRTUAL YOGA ROOM, a private FB page where information about health and a contemporary yogic lifestyle is exchanged: be part of a community!
Yoga con ALMA welcomes people in all bodies and of all levels of experience. Beginners and people practicing with special conditions are encouraged to participate. Each session is designed with modifications for each exploration to accommodate your personal needs.
