These yoga sessions focus on foundational yoga movements/positions and breathing/concentration techniques needed for daily life. This is an accessible and integral 75 minute class in which several options are offered for each movement/sequence presented, so that all can experience Yoga in a way that is safe, strengthening, nurturing, achievable, and respectful.
This moderate class is specially recommended for those new to yoga or reintegrating into the practice, people who want to focus on the foundations of the asanas (poses), and those who are looking for a solid Level 1- Beginner's class to practice.

SMART MOVES are responsive and interactive online classes via Zoom; those who cannot attend live will have access to the recording for 24 hours.
