Mobility Axis: Ankles, Hips and Shoulders
This is an event series

In this Series we will concentrate on practices that enhance ease, comfort and fluid movement throughout one of the main axes of the body: ankles, hips and shoulders. The health of these three major joints influences greatly our independence and quality of life from walking and bending to reaching and lifting. Additionally, working consciously on how these joints influence each other can help us to improve our posture, improving also our physiology.

Join us!  For students of all ages, in all types of bodies, and at any level of practice.

We will meet on Zoom on April 6, 13 & 20 from 9 to 10:30 am (CST). Cannot attend live? No worries! You will get links to the replays, which you will be able to enjoy until May 10th.The fees for the complete series (three 90-minute sessions) is 36 USD (or 630 Mexican pesos).
