Yoga and Culture- Special retreats in the Yucatán Peninsula

Every year Dr. Durán offers several five-day retreats in selective locations close to the city of Merida,Yucatán. These could be pueblos magicos, Pre-Columbian states, Mayan villages or beautiful and quiet beaches.

Each retreat is dedicated to exploring in detail a yogic theme, which is weaved to an anthropological question.

The groups are small and all details are carefully taken care of so that the participants can have an enjoyable experience.
