WorkWellbeing YOGA con ALMA - Special Workshop

Either working at the office or remote, the recent changes in work life have brought challenges to the physical condition and mental wellbeing of all of us, workers. A sense of isolation or overload, stress that builds up, diminished physical flexibility and mobility, difficulties focusing and/or a failure to be able to separate work and personal life are some of the most common complains, according to recent research.

It is well-known that a regular yoga practice can be a useful to find a new balance and become active again in a progressive and accessible manner. Some of the proven physical benefits of yoga are better posture, reduced muscular tension, deeper breath, more energy and better physiological function. Additionally, when practice with awareness, yoga can have a positive effect in your ability to concentrate and focus, reduce stress, increase memory, boost mental resilience and improve other cognitive functions. In six-60 minute sessions -scheduled every other weekend- the WorkWellbeing YOGA con ALMA course is designed to give you the tools you need so that you can effectively incorporate yoga into your daily life AND into your work life.
