Brain Sharpening Yoga

There is robust evidence suggesting that appropiate yoga practice and a healthy lifestyle can help us to protect our brain function. In this themed-series Dr. Duran will guide you through four sequences specially designed to stimulate the brain, foster clarity of thought, concentration and stability. These will weave breath-lead explorations, mudras, concentration techniques, mantras, yogic philosophy and stimulation of marma points. Additionally, she will share with you research and information related to the impact of lifestyle on brain health. 

The sessions will be held live on Zoom on February 3, 10, 17 & 24; you will enjoy the replay until March 2nd. The fees are 42 USD for all four consecutive sessions (credit card usage fees might apply).
